قررت الدائرة الخامسة إرهاب، تأجيل محاكمة 4 متهمين في القضية رقم 406 لسنة 2021 جنايات المطرية برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربينى، لجلسة 25 أكتوبر المقبل، لتقديم شهادة وفاة المتهم الثالث.
ووجهت النيابة للمتهمين العديد من التهم منها حيازة بندقية آلية و81 طلقة نارية، و4 قذائف "أر بى جى"، وقنبلة دفاعيه، و3 قنابل هجومية داخل شقة بمنطقة المطرية.
ووجه للمتهمين تهمه إمداد جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون الغرض منها الدعوة لتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين ومنع مؤسسات الدولة والسلطات العامة من ممارسة أعمالها والاعتداء على الحريات الشخصية للمواطنين والحريات والحقوق العامة التي كفلها الدستور والقانون والاضرار بالوحدة الوطنية.
The Fifth Circuit, Terrorism, decided to postpone the trial of 4 defendants in Case No. 406 of 2021 Al-Mataria Felonies, headed by Counselor Mohamed Al-Saeed Al-Sherbiny, for the next October 25 session, to present the death certificate of the third accused.
The Public Prosecution charged the defendants with several charges, including possession of a machine gun, 81 bullets, 4 RPGs, a defensive bomb, and 3 offensive bombs inside an apartment in the Matariya area.
The defendants were charged with supplying a group founded in violation of the provisions of the law, the purpose of which is to advocate the disruption of the provisions of the constitution and laws, to prevent state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, and to attack the personal liberties of citizens and public liberties and rights guaranteed by the constitution and the law, and to harm national unity.
