قررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم طره، تأجيل إعادة محاكمة الرئيس الأسبق محمد مرسي وآخرين فى القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بـ«التخابر مع حماس» لـ28 أبريل الجاري. تعقد الجلسة برئاسة المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، وعضوية المستشارين عصام أبو العلا وحسن السايس، والياس أمام ومحمد جمال محرم وكلاء النيابة، وأمانة سر حمدي الشناوي.وكانت محكمة النقض قد قضت في وقت سابق بإلغاء أحكام الإعدام والمؤبد بحق الرئيس المعزول محمد مرسي و18 آخرين والسجن 7 سنوات للمتهمين محمد رفاعة الطهطاوي وأسعد الشيخة، في قضية التخابر مع حماس وقررت إعادة المحاكمة.
Tora Mahkemeleri Kompleksi'nde düzenlenen Kahire Ceza Mahkemesi, 28 Nisan'da "Hamas ile İletişim" olarak bilinen davada eski cumhurbaşkanı Mohamed Morsi ve diğerlerinin yargılanmasını erteleme kararı aldı. Oturum, Müşavir Muhammed Şirin Fahmy başkanlığında ve savcılar Essam Ebu Ela ve Hassan Al-Sayes, Elias, Mohamed Gamal Muharram, savcılar ve Hamdi El-Şennawi'nin sekretaryası üyeliğine katıldı. Yıllarca sanık Muhammed Refa'a Tahtawi ve Asaad Sheikha, Hamas ile iletişim halinde yeniden denemeye karar verdi.
The Cairo Criminal Court, held at the Tora Courts Complex, decided to postpone the re-trial of former president Mohamed Morsi and others in the case known as "Communication with Hamas" on April 28. The session was held under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohammed Shirin Fahmy, and the membership of the advisors Essam Abu Ela and Hassan Al-Sayes, Elias in front of Mohamed Gamal Muharram, prosecutors and the secretariat of Hamdi Al-Shennawi. The Court of Cassation had previously ruled to abolish the death sentences and life imprisonment of the isolated President Mohamed Morsi, 18 others, Years of defendants Mohammed Refa'a Tahtawi and Asaad Sheikha, in the case of communicating with Hamas and decided to retry.
