قررت يوم الأحد محكمة جنايات المنيا برئاسة المستشار سليمان الشهد وعضوية المستشارين مصطفى عبد الواحد ووائل شعبان حافظ وأمانة سر محسن فكرى ومحمد مصطفى، حجز النطق بالحكم بحق 16 من عناصر الإخوان متورطين فى أحداث تظاهر بمركز مغاغة شمال المحافظة إلى جلسة الأربعاء المقبل مع حبس 6 متهمين على ذمة القضية وإحضار باقى المتهمين. استمعت المحكمة اليوم إلى مرافعة الدفاع بشان إعادة محاكمة 16 متهما من عناصر الإخوان فى تظاهر بمركز مغاغة عقب أحداث فض اعتصامى رابعة والنهضة وكان محكوما عليهم بالسجن المشدد 15 عاما غيابيا قبل أن تعاد إجراءات محاكمتهم من جديد بتهم من بينها الانتماء إلى جماعة محظورة والتحريض على الشغب والتظاهر ومحاولة استهداف رجال الجيش والشرطة.
